Service hours

The opening hours are between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday – Friday, and 8 am to 4 pm Saturday – Sunday. Depending on the type of service you want, there are different working hours available for booking. CLICK on the schedules below to enlarge the pictures.

Group classes

During the group classes, it is not possible to book personal training sessions and open gym. Classes are of one hour duration.

Personal training

Personal training can be booked in-between the group classes:

Mon. — Fri.: 8 am – 6 pm

Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm

Open Gym

You can book an Open Gym class, in-between the group classes and these hours:

Mon. — Fri.: 8 am – 6 pm

Sat. — Sun.: 8 am – 4 pm
