About
'Women's CrossTraining Intro' is a 2-week basic introduction to outdoor-inspired functional training. The goal is to get you started. You will have access to a daily program with visual and instructional videos that explain every movement. The daily programs are approximately 45 minutes long and can be performed in a gym, outdoors or at home. We use a combination of body-weight and simple, essential equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, resistant bands, wallballs, skipping rope). We focus on fundamentals, and you can proceed at your own pace (the plan is valid for 4 weeks). Our targeted audience is 'Women 30+', but anyone can try it out. You can access it from a browser or through the 'Fit by Wix' app (recommended for best experience). What this program includes: — Step-by-step approach. — Daily workouts with instructional videos and access to our video library. — Online group where you can ask questions and get support.
